Polk became CEO of Implus in 2020 at the invitation of Berkshire Partners, arriving after eight years as chief executive of Newell Brands and earlier leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods and Unilever. That resume gave him a rare vantage point on how large organizations build talent, manage brands and navigate operational pressure over long stretches of time.

At Implus, Michael Polk has applied those lessons on a smaller, faster moving scale.
